(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any firearm, rifle, gun, pistol, or other such weapon within 200 feet of the primary vehicular artery (U.S. Hwy 64/74-A) as it passes through the village municipal limits.
(B) Only in areas beyond the immediate business district, and at a distance greater than 200 feet beyond the primary vehicular artery (U.S. Hwy 64/74-A) as it passes through the village municipal limits, would the uses of any firearm be appropriate for hunting by the property owner, or when permission has been provided by the owner to persons accessing property for the purpose of hunting.
