After due notice being provided to the owner(s) as above stated, and the exhaustion of all appeals of the condemnation order, Chimney Rock Village may initiate the removal or demolition of the structure(s). The costs of such demolition or removal shall become a lien against the real property upon which the cost was incurred, including, but not limited to, costs of removal, disposal, filing fees, reasonable attorney fees, and the like.
