The County Building Inspector, in consultation with the County Fire Inspector, shall issue a written order, directed to the owner(s) of the structure, requiring the owner(s) of the structure to remedy the defective conditions within 60 days of the written order. If there is imminent danger to life or other property, it is at the discretion of the County Building Inspector to prescribe corrective action to be taken in a lesser period. Failure to comply within the 60 day period could result in condemnation and demolition.
