A staff hearing shall be held to assess the necessity of condemnation, demolition, repairs, and any other remedies for the structure. Staff level hearings may consist of the County Building Inspector, the County Fire Inspector, and the Village Zoning Administrator, the Village Finance Director, and the Village Clerk. Following the meeting, the County Building Inspector may issue any order to repair, close, vacate, condemn, or demolish the structure, as decided at the staff meeting.
