* No local fees are authorized during the three-year period following the original issuance of the permit. When this schedule was compiled, House Bill 815 was pending before the 80th Legislature on the House Floor. The bill proposes to add Chapter 29A to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and create an All-night Hotel Mixed Beverage Permit with a annual state fee of $1,000. The local fee would then be $500. Like the other mixed beverage permits, local fees would not be authorized during the three-year period following issuance. | |||
** When this schedule was complied, House Bill 1667 had passed the Texas House of Representatives and had been sent to the Texas Senate. The bill increases the fees for a Wine and Beer Retailer's Permit and a Retail Dealer's On-Premise License to $1,000 for the original application and sets a $750 annual renewal fee. The local fees, if this bill passes, would then be $500 for the original permit or license and $375 for each renewal. | |||
