Any person, firm or corporation that violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. This penalty should not be construed as exclusive, and the city hereby provides that any other remedy available to it, in law or in equity, is not intended to be, and is not, foreclosed by the provisions of such penalty.
