§ 174.15 Penalty

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 174.10 through 174.14 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $200. Each day's violation of §§ 174.10 through 174.14 shall be a separate offense.
