It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any mobile home or travel trailer park within the limits of the city unless he holds a valid license issued for the current year by the City Building Official in the name of such person for the specific park. All applications for licenses shall be made in writing on forms furnished by the city, which shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with provisions of this chapter.
