(a) Building permit. All applications to the Building Official shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first ten (10) acres and fifty cents($.50) per acre thereafter.
(b) Permit and inspection. The permit and inspection shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per stand and per individual mobile home unit placed on an individual city lot.
