§ 170.25  Venting and flaring of gas
   No person engaged in drilling or operating any well shall permit gas to escape or be vented into the air unless the gas be flared and burned.  All gas flared or burned from a torch, pipe, or any other burning device, within the city limits must be done in such manner as not to constitute a fire hazard to any property; and the location of the torch, pipe, or any other burning device, the construction thereof, the maintenance thereof, and the operation thereof shall at all times be in full compliance with such regulations as may from time to time be issued by the Oil and Gas Inspector of the city.
