§ 170.21 Premises to be kept clean and sanitary

The premises shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, free from rubbish of every character, to the satisfaction of the Health Officer of the city, at all times that the drilling operation or reworking operations are being conducted, and as long thereafter as oil and/or gas is being produced therefrom.
