§ 30.01  Type A General-Law Municipality
   The City of Chico, Texas, has accepted the provisions of a Type A general-law municipality (formerly Title 28, Chapters 1-10, Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, as amended).
Editor's note:
   State law reference-V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, Chapter 6, authorizes general-law municipalities to adopt the Type A general-law form of government.
