The Safety-Service Director shall establish rules and regulations for the maintenance of information, notification of violations, calculation of bills for enforcement services, imposition of fines, determination of when calls for service are counted for purposes of this subchapter, appeals of decisions made, and all other relevant issues as he or she deems necessary for implementation of §§ 111.30 through 111.36. The rules and regulations and amendments thereto shall be posted in the hallway of Cheviot City Hall, 30 days prior to their effective date.
