The owner of a bicycle may register the bicycle with the Police Department on the forms provided by the Police Department. The application shall contain the information that the Police Department may need to keep an accurate record of the bicycle. After paying a reasonable fee set by the Mayor and Council, a sticker will be issued and affixed to the bicycle.
