Every person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be punished as set forth in § 86(B) of the Charter of the town. Each day or each separate occasion during each day that a violation of this article occurs or reoccurs shall constitute a separate offense.
