For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC PROPERTY. Any building, ground, park, street, highway, alley, sidewalk, station, terminal, or other structure, road, or parking area located on land owned, leased, or operated by the federal government, the state, the county, or the municipality.
