Any members of the Recreation Commission who will come into contact with minors in the performance of their duties shall be subject to a complete criminal background check at the expense of the Town of Chestertown before undertaking such activities. The results of such checks shall be kept confidential, and shall be reviewed by the Town Manager and the Chairperson of the Recreation Commission for appropriate action.
