Video surveillance images with time and date stamps reviewed by an employee of the town Police Department may be used as the basis for a citation. Violations of this chapter, unless other specified, shall be considered a municipal infraction and are punishable by fines starting at $100 for a single event and $200 for each repeat or continuing occurrence as provided in § 86(B) of the Chestertown Charter.
