(A) The 1995 Code is repealed and replaced by the 2010 Code.
(B) All ordinances passed subsequent to the 1995 Code and incorporated into the 2010 Code are adopted as part of the 2010 Code. Ordinances 1-86, 4-86, 6-92, 3-95 and 5-95 remain in effect until they may be repealed, replaced, or officially incorporated into the Code. All ordinances passed subsequent to the printing of the 2010 Code shall be in full force and effect.
