(A) No vote shall be taken or formal decision made on any preliminary consultation.
(B) Each Commissioner shall have an opportunity to address the proposal made in a preliminary consultation and to offer their individual comments and advice.
(C) An effort may be made to communicate the Commission’s consensus on the proposal and to give the applicant clear direction in regard to filing an Historic District Permit application.
