§ 19-10 SUBMISSION OF PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION REQUEST.
   (A)   Filing. Preliminary Consultation requests may be filed with the Town Office at the discretion of the applicant.
   (B)   Scheduling. In order to be considered at a regularly scheduled public appearance, requests shall be filed with the town at least 30 days prior to the meeting date for which it is scheduled.
   (C)   Completeness. Upon receipt by the town, each request will be evaluated for sufficiency. Requests for preliminary consultation do not need to contain finished plans and specifications; however, there must be sufficient information submitted to adequately communicate the scope and nature of the proposed work. Those requests judged by the Chairman to be sufficient will be scheduled for discussion before the Commission at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
