§ 19-9 PURPOSE.
   Owners of property in the Historic District may wish to seek advice from the Commission prior to filing an application for an Historic District Permit. Informal consultations, to obtain input and advice from the Commission on potential future Historic District Permit applications, may be scheduled as part of the regular agenda of a Commission meeting.
