(A) Rates. Water and sewer rates shall be as follows:

(B) Notes.
(1) The determination of sewer is based upon metered water.
(2) A special rate for the Kent County Sanitary Commission is one and one-half times in-town rate by separate agreement.
(3) Commercial haulers shall pay $15.40 per 1,000 gallons or part thereof.
(4) Multiple apartments or trailers on the same water meter pay a minimum water and sewer charge for each apartment or trailer.
