§ 160-12 COMMERCIAL PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS RESTRICTED; PENALTY.
   (A)   General restrictions; exception. For the purposes of this chapter, the term COMMERCIAL VEHICLES shall include all trucks and vehicles in excess of 5,000 pounds of empty weight, which are designed or used for the carrying of freight, merchandise, produce, livestock, building materials, earth, or any other materials. No person shall park or stand any commercial vehicle on or along any street or public way in the town. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit temporary stopping, standing, or parking of commercial vehicles engaged in making local deliveries, unloading merchandise, or rendering services to a residence, institution, or other facility along any street or public way.
   (B)   Violations and penalties. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 160-14 of this chapter.
