(A) Sports and game activities. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in any sports, ballplaying, or games of any other kind in the streets or public square of the town.
(B) Violations and penalties. A violation of the terms of this section shall be considered a municipal infraction subject to a penalty as provided in § 86(B) of the Charter.
