§ 160-7 SPEED LIMITS; PENALTY.
   No individual shall operate a motor vehicle over any public highway or street within the town and under the jurisdiction of the town at a rate of speed greater than that which is posted or, if unposted, greater than the speed limit established by the laws or regulations of the state or greater than that which would be considered reasonable and proper under Md. Code, Transportation Article.
