§ 156-1 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PARK TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation in public having individual names and all areas owned by the town or to which the public has free access as a park.
   STREET TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues, or ways within the town.
   TREE SIZES.
      (1)   SMALL TREES. Up to 20 feet in height and/or less than six caliper inches in diameter;
      (2)   MEDIUM TREES. Twenty feet to 45 feet in height and/or six inches to 12 caliper inches in diameter; and
      (3)   LARGE TREES. Over 45 feet in height and/or more than 12 caliper inches in diameter.
