It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or organization to perform work within any public street right-of-way, street, curb or curb cut, sidewalk, driveway, parking lot, park or other public facility in the town, including to dig, trench, bore, horizontal drill, construct, alter or repair, without first obtaining a permit from the Town of Chestertown as provided in this article.
