§ 135-4 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES; COMPLIANCE WITH ANY STATE OR COUNTY REGULATIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   A violation of the terms of this chapter shall be considered a municipal infraction subject to a penalty as provided in Section 86.(B)(1) of the Charter. The fine shall be $100 for any single, initial violation and/or $200 for each continuing and repeat violation. Nonpayment of fines may be prosecuted under Section 86.(B)(6) of the Charter, or unpaid fines may be placed as a lien on the real property.
   (B)   Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to excuse any person, firm, partnership, or corporation within the town from complying with all laws and paying all fees which may be required under the laws and regulations of the county or the state.
