§ 130-10 MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION OF EQUIPMENT.
   The equipment used or employed by peddlers, hawkers, and vendors of ice cream, foods, beverages, confections and other related commodities shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner, and be subject to inspection by and comply with the rules and regulations of the county Health Department and the ordinances of the town.
