All peddling and soliciting licenses issued under this chapter shall expire at the end of 30 days from the date issued. Food truck licenses issued under this chapter shall expire at the end of one year from the date issued. Licenses shall not be transferable and must be surrendered after expiration before a renewal license can be issued.
