§ 127-1 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   (A)   Restrictions. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a duly authorized police official, to fire, shoot off, or discharge in any manner any gun, rifle, pistol, cannon, air rifle, sling shot, bow and arrow, or other firearm within the limits of the town.
   (B)   Violations and penalties. A violation of the terms of this section shall be considered a municipal infraction subject to a penalty as provided in § 86(B) of the Charter.
