For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant, or procession of any kind or any similar display in or upon any street, park, or other public place in the town.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind.
