§ 117-10 REGULATION OF HOURS FOR EMPTYING, DUMPING, OR REPLACING COMMERCIAL DUMPSTERS.

The emptying, dumping, or replacing of commercial dumpsters is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at all locations in the town. Violations of this section of the chapter shall be a municipal infraction subject to a fine as provided in § 86(B) of the Charter.
