The town will pick up bulk trash at the advance request of each single-family residence. A schedule of fees for the services will be adopted as a policy by the town. The fees for pickup will be paid in advance of the pickup itself and the request shall be made by the end of the preceding working day. The bulk trash shall be separated as required and placed at the curb for pickup.
