§ 83-18 EFFECTIVE DATE AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.
   This chapter is hereby enacted and becomes effective December 21, 1992. This chapter may be amended as required. All amendments to this chapter are subject to the approval of the Department of Natural Resources.
