(A) Any minor violating the provisions of § 64-1 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 86(B) of the Charter. A violation by any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor of § 64-2 of this chapter shall be considered an infraction and subject to a penalty as provided in § 86(B) of the Charter.
(B) Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
