For all liquor licensees of all classes, outside doors to the licensed premises shall be closed while the premises are in operation, or when live or recorded music is being played on the premises. For purposes of this section, the term "outside door" shall be construed to mean a solid all weather door, and all doorways to licensed premises must have such a door as herein described.
