3-1-9: SANITARY CONDITIONS:

All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be kept in full compliance with the laws of the state and the applicable ordinances of McLean County regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption. (Ord. 314, 1994)
