A. Fees, Number: The annual fees for licenses and the number authorized to be issued at any one time shall be:

B. Payment Of Fees:
1. Such fees shall be payable quarterly in advance before the first day of January, April, July and October of each year. Fees for the first quarter of operation by a licensee shall be paid at the time the application is filed and shall be returned to the applicant by the city in the event that the application is denied.
2. The quarterly fees for licenses issued during a quarter shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the quarter. Failure to pay in advance the license fee for any quarter year shall automatically and without any action on the part of the city revoke the license at the expiration of the quarter year for which it was paid, and any sale of alcoholic beverages by the licensee during the quarter year for which the license is not paid shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
3. All license fees herein shall be paid only during working hours of the city clerk, which are eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) noon and one o'clock (1:00) P.M. to four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M., Monday through Friday, excepting holidays. (Ord. 314, 1994)
