Any person may request copies of the inspection of public records of the City of Chenoa, Illinois pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (hereinafter "FOIA") by submitting a written request using a form provided by the City or in whatever written form the requester chooses, to the FOIA Officer at City Hall, during normal business hours on Monday through Friday from eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) P.M.
