11-1-9: AMENDMENTS:

For the purpose of providing the public health, safety, and general welfare, the city council may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the city's planning commission in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord. 542, 11-26-2007)
