8-2-2: RESPONSIBILITY OF CITY OFFICIALS:

   A.   City Collector: The City Collector shall maintain the necessary records for determination of user share of the cost and shall provide the billing and collection services as required.

   B.   City Treasurer: The City Treasurer shall be responsible for the investment and expenditure of all monies collected for industrial cost recovery in accordance with Sections 8-2-9-3, 8-2-9-1H, 8-2-9-4A and 8-2-9-4B of this Chapter.

   C.   Sewage Plant Superintendent: The Sewage Plant Superintendent shall maintain a program of monitoring industrial user discharges as the City Council deems necessary; provided, that any major contributing industry shall be monitored no less than twelve (12) times annually. (Ord. 146, 1980)
