A. Systems Combined: The existing waterworks system and existing sanitary sewerage system of the city are combined into a single utility to be known and designated as the combined waterworks and sewerage system of the city. (Ord. 145, 1980)
B. City Property Use:
1. The combined waterworks and sewerage system of the city, hereinafter to be constructed is authorized the use of all city streets, alleys, and any and all other property heretofore dedicated to the city for public use. (Ord. 140, 1980)
2. In addition, all property owned by the city in fee simple is authorized to be used for the purpose of the waterworks and sewerage system. (Ord. 140, 1980; amd. 2000 Code)
3. Such authorization and dedication shall be to the extent of engineering requirements as set out on plans and specifications hereinbefore and hereinafter submitted and amended by the city engineers with respect to the system. (Ord. 140, 1980)
