7-4-3: ICE FISHING REGULATIONS:

   A.   The following rules and regulations are hereby adopted for ice fishing at Silliman Lake:

      1.   All fishing must be in compliance with all Illinois Game Laws 1 .

      2.   The diameter of each fishing hole shall be eight inches (8") or less.

      3.   No person shall be on the surface of the lake between sunset and sunrise.

      4.   No motorized vehicle shall be allowed on the lake ice at any time.

   B.   Violations of the provisions of this Section shall be punishable in accordance with the general penalty provisions of Section 1-4-1 of this Code, and every day that a violation continues to occur shall be deemed a separate violation. (Ord. 332, 2-12-1996)
