A. Amount of Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed in a specific section of this Code, any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the provisions of this Code shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
B. Separate Offenses: Each person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Code is committed, continued or permitted by such person, and he shall be punished accordingly.
C. Applicability Of Omitting Action: Whenever in this Code any act or omission is made unlawful, it shall include causing, allowing, permitting, aiding, abetting, suffering or concealing the fact of such act or omission.
