A. The following rules and regulations are hereby adopted for fishing at Silliman Lake:
1. Fishing from the bank or dock, shall be allowed daily from sunup to sundown, except during the months of May, June, July and August, during which months only, the hours shall be from sunup until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight;
2. Fishing from boats shall be allowed daily from sunup to sundown during all months of the year.
B. Violations of the provisions of this Section shall be punishable in accordance with the general penalty provisions of Section 1-4-1 of this Code, and every day the violation continues to occur shall be deemed a separate violation. (Ord. 349, 4-14-1997)
