The city hereby incorporates into this title all of the provisions of the Illinois vehicle code located in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-101 et seq., to the extent that said provisions are not specifically restricted, altered or amended by any other ordinances of the city. At least one copy of said Illinois motor vehicle code shall be on file for public inspection in the office of the city clerk at all times, pursuant to the requirements of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-3-2.
