§ 156.05 OTHER PERMITS; APPROVAL OF OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

The issuance of a permit under this chapter does not relieve a property owner of the need to obtain other permits or approvals from federal, state, county and local agencies including soil erosion and sedimentation control under the applicable County Ordinance.
