The parking of a trailer coach or boat not owned by a resident of the city for periods exceeding 24 hours on lands not approved for trailer courts or boat storage shall be expressly prohibited, except that the Building Inspector may extend temporary permits allowing the parking of such trailer coach or boat in a non-required yard on private property, not to exceed a period of two weeks. All trailer coaches or boats owned by residents of the city and stored on their individual lots shall not be stored within any required front or side yard and shall further respect the requirements applicable to § 154.101, insofar as distances from principal structures, lot lines, and easements are concerned. All trailer coaches parked or stored, shall not be connected to sanitary facilities and shall not be occupied.
